Welcome to Linville Falls Rentals, your go-to spot for mountain fun! We're just 15 minutes away from Jonas Ridge Snow Tubing Park and 30 minutes from Sugar Mountain Ski Resort. With our prime spot, you're right in the heart of all the cool outdoor activities Western North Carolina offers.
Enjoy beautiful mountain views that vary throughout the seasons, try out three excellent 18-hole disc golf courses, and end your day gathered around a cozy fire pit under the stars. Our home is comfortable and welcoming, equipped with everything you need for a fantastic mountain vacation.

The living room is characterized by vaulted wood ceilings, adding a touch of rustic charm to the space. Furnished with a 55" flat screen Roku TV accompanied by a soundbar and subwoofer, guests can enjoy entertainment options during their stay. The living room serves as a central gathering space within the cabin.
The dining area is part of the open-concept layout, seamlessly connected to the living room and kitchen. It features a dining table with seating for six, providing ample space for guests to enjoy meals together. The table is positioned strategically within the space, allowing for easy access to the kitchen and living room areas.

The bedrooms of "Linville Falls Rentals" mountain retreat offer comfortable and inviting spaces for guests to relax and unwind.
Primary Bedroom (Lower-Level)
Step inside to the heart of your retreat where the primary bedroom awaits on the main level. Imagine sinking into the comfort of a king-sized bed, complete with built-in headboard lights for that perfect reading ambiance. Plus, a 43" Roku TV is right there to keep you entertained. The large ensuite bathroom? It's a dream, with dual vanities and a custom-tiled shower that feels like your own private spa.
Upper-Level Bedrooms
Adventure upstairs, and you'll find two more bedrooms, each crafted for a restful night. One boasts another plush king bed and a 40" Roku TV, making it a cozy haven for relaxation.
Upper-Level Bedroom 2:
The other is a playful setup with two sets of bunk beds (three twins and one full bed), perfect for friends or family, and yes, another 40" Roku TV for endless entertainment. This place is all about comfort, fun, and making memories!

Amazing mountain cottage with a rustic modern home look, all updated. super clean and the smores kit left for us was a nice touch. plenty of supplies for cooking and cleaning. The location alone is a dream at the mountain side! highly recommend!!
